24 Rd'sfit club is also a dance and fitness studio started with the goal to spread health & happiness through dance. Dancercise, as the name suggests is a blend of dance and exercise. We teach best dance forms such as jazz, bollywood, hip hop, contemporary, locking popping, ball room, and salsa.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit workouts are built on functional movements, and these movements consider the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.They move the biggest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for making best use of the amount of work done in the shortest time.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional training guides you with the stability, mobility and strength you need to turn out well in your life and sports. You use primary functional movement patterns like pulling, pushing, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and running—every day.
